Booking Information

Please review the booking instructions carefully. Even small discrepancies—like entering your name differently than it appears on your passport—can lead to unpleasant issues at the port.

SeaWings Role: SeaWings act as facilitators between the cruise line and me, ensuring guests are properly booked and informed. I select the cruise details and organize onboard activities, while the cruise line executes the plans, travel, and accommodations.

Payments: SeaWings does not sell anything or charge you directly. Payment details provided during booking go directly to the cruise line. As a security measure, SeaWings processes payments on your behalf and will send updated invoices each time a payment is made. Your credit card statement will show a charge from Royal Caribbean, never SeaWings.

Cruise Terms & Amenities: The cruise line dictates most terms. Large group (“High Complexity Group”) bookings differ from standard reservations and are handled by a different department.

Communication:‍ ‍I’ll be your primary point of contact for any questions. If I don’t have the answer, I’ll reach out to SeaWings on your behalf. This helps ensure consistent information for everyone and keeps communication as efficient as possible.

SeaWings will send the invoices and other important information regarding your booking. To avoid emails from SeaWings Travel from going to spam, please add “info@goseawings.com” to your safe list, and check your email regularly (especially around payment due dates) as some information is time-sensitive. If you have a question about your booking that is not answered on the webpage, or in the FAQs, please use the form located on the bottom of the FAQs page to submit your question. I will get back to you as soon as possible, but please note if your query requires SeaWings to contact Royal Caribbean, it may take 10 to 14 days to receive an answer.

Booking Process & Patience:

Please note that no payments will be processed until after April 12, 2026. Your reservation will be entered, and your cabin(s) will be secure, but payments will not be submitted to Royal Caribbean until after this date.

Also, high demand at launch may cause further payment delays. SeaWings processes forms in the order they are received, and invoices are sent once bookings are entered. Please avoid unnecessary follow-ups, as there is no risk of missing out on a cabin during the initial offering. Your payment may not be made right away, but as long as you have submitted the forms, your cabin is secure.
